Serves 4
1 kg of Potatoes (Chopped)
3 tsp of Paprika
2 tsp of Olive oil
2 Onions (Sliced)
2 Garlic cloves (Diced)
800g of Chopped tomatoes (2 tins)
300g of Cooked chicken (Shredded)
140g of Roasted red pepper in a jar (Sliced)
A handful of Kalamata olives (Black will also do)
Step 1.
Start by boiling your chopped potatoes until soft and mash ready to top the pie
Step 2.
Add you oil to a pan and place in the onions and garlic, cooking until soft
Step 3.
Now add your Chicken, Red pepper, olives and 1 teaspoon of paprika, stirring through thoroughly
Step 4.

Now add your filling to a deep oven dish
Step 6.
Before adding your mash, add the last of your paprika to it and stir through
Step 7.
Top your filling with your paprika mash and run a fork over to get those crispy bits
Step 8.
Place in a pre-heated oven (200˚c fan) and cook for 15 minutes until the mash is golden and the sauce is bubbling
