50g butter
12 tspn cinnamon
6 medium cox’s apples (Peeled, quartered and cored)
Packet of ready to roll puff pastry
Step 1.
Preheat your oven to 200˚c
Step 2.
Melt your butter in a 20cm tart Tatin tin
Step 3.
Stir in sugar under it begins to caramelise
Step 4.
Stir in the cinnamon and pour in your apples and cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes stirring occasionally to cover
Step 5.
Unroll the pastry and prick all over with a fork
Step 6.
Lay the pastry over the apple mixture and tuck in all the edges
Step 7.
Bake your tin on the middle shelf of the oven for 25-30 minutes until the pastry has fully risen and is firm
Step 8.
Turn your tin upside down and tuck in
